Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HammerSeal LLC's services ("Services"). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

What HammerSeal provides

HammerSeal LLC provides managed digital presence services for contractors and small businesses, including website design, hosting, domain registration, email forwarding, content updates, reputation monitoring, and related services as described in your selected plan.

Subscription & billing

• Services are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate for at least 90 days after notification.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.

Domain ownership

If HammerSeal registers a domain on your behalf, you own the domain. We manage it during your subscription. Upon cancellation, we will transfer the domain to you or a registrar of your choice at no additional cost within 30 days of your request.

Your content

• You retain ownership of all content you provide (photos, text, logos, business information).
• You grant HammerSeal a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide.
• Upon cancellation, we will provide your content and website files upon request.

Our responsibilities

• We will make reasonable efforts to keep your website available and performant.
• We will implement changes within the timeframes described in your plan.
• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, AI search results, or lead generation outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information for your website.
• Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations related to your business.

Limitation of liability

HammerSeal LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, we will transfer your domain (if applicable) and provide your content upon request. We may terminate immediately if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
